Card Applications: Please Note
If you are a new client, you must complete and submit an application for your company plus one for each employee (option 1 or 2).
Application for Your Company – Master Account
Are you already one of our MasterCard Business Card clients? If not, you will need to submit this application along with one of the two options below for your employees. Card Application – Option 1 (central billing to company)
Your company will receive a monthly invoice for all the corporate credit cards, and each employee who is a corporate cardholder will receive a statement of his/her card spending for information purposes.
Card Application – Option 2 (individual billing to cardholder)
Your company will receive an overview of all corporate card spending for information purposes, and each employee who is a corporate cardholder will receive his/her own individual bill.
